* To be awarded the practice manager designation, a candidate must achieve ITIL® MP CDS certificate and ANY five practice-based certification, either individually or as ONE of the three pre-bundled course. these may include the ITAM and BRM extension modules or any practices from the practice manager track.
* ITIL® 4 Master will be awarded to candidates who achieve the practice Manager (PM), managing professional (PM) and strategic leader(SL) designations.
There are no certification prerequisites for studying the Acquiring & Managing Cloud Services module, making it accessible to anyone interested in gaining critical skills in this area. The relevant key concepts from the ITIL 4 framework will be covered as part of the mandatory accredited training required for the module, to enable full understanding of the core material. Accredited training can only be purchased as part of a package that includes the exam.
